You should in fact see that although StartAllBack does not list the folder (or root program icon) in your Start Menu, the folders are present in the above two Start Menu directories I mentioned earlier above. I mention the two above folders because this is where you need to look for your missing installed programs. They will still display on your Start Menu if they are in either location. This though doesn't matter or affect how StartAllBack displays newly added programs. The above locations depend on whether or not the installer is installing the application for ALL USERS or just the current user.
